At the end of Chapter 1, we see that man is made in theimage of God. What did you all think when you read that in the text?
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：创世纪第一章的最后，我们看到说人是根据神的样子而造出来的。你们对这句有什么想法？）

Good question. Let's explore how we could be made in theimage of God.
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：好问题。让我们来探讨一下我们是怎么根据神的样子被造出来的。）

扶风 Fu Feng 2号：人就是神的体现。这些天重读《失控》，好象有点理解了神与人的关系，或就就如人体与细胞的关系。人必须由每一个细胞组成，而细胞，并不知道有人。

Donna Gordon：First of all, can we see God?
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：首先，我们能看见神吗？）

海阔天空 Sky 13号：神的样子并不是具体的看得见的有两个眼睛一个鼻子的样子。他们的共同点类似于组成他们元素。
鸣婷 Ting 15号：用肉眼看不见神，心时常感觉到。
张洁 Jessica 5号：肉眼看不见。

Donna Gordon：Ok, so far we are getting some really goodanswers from all of you.

We, as humans, always tend to give God human attributes,human qualities.
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：我们人经常给神安上人的特性。）

Sometimes, we humans like to see God as an old man witha long white beard sitting up in the sky and meddling in the affairs of thehumans below on earth.
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：有时，我们人把神描绘成一个有着长长的白胡子的老者，坐在天上，掺合着下面人世间的事情。）

张洁 Jessica 5号：像电影一样。
Donna Gordon：Yes, Jessica, kind of like a movie.

Now where did they get this idea of God as an invisiblesuper human?
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：人们是从哪里得到神是个看不见的超人的想法的呢？）

They get a glimpse of this idea in the Bible itself. 
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：圣经里是有一点这么个意思的。）

Donna Gordon：Yes, they did fashion Superman as a God-likeman.
（是的，他们将流行的超人比作神一样的人。）

Donna Gordon：You will see as we go further in the Biblethat the ancient men who wrote the Bible really thought that even though wecannot see God directly, HE must resemble man.

Donna Gordon：Why do you think that man would try todescribe God with human qualities and attributes?

扶风 Fu Feng 2号：我们理解不了和我们不一样的东西，如心肌细胞，无法理解心脏。
鸣婷 Ting 15号：或者这样比较好拉关系吧，貌似是近亲。
子明 ZiMing 7号：人们总是依据现有的信息去推测。

Donna Gordon：They tried to describe God in this waybecause it was all that they knew. They were human and so they only way todescribe God was on human terms.
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：是因为这是人知道的唯一方法。他们是人，所以只知道用描述人的方法来描述神。）

海阔天空 Sky 13号：让人们更能理解？
鸣婷 Ting 15号：神有人的特质，想想都让我感觉更有安全感，更亲切。
扶风 Fu Feng 2号：套近乎点，估计就能预知神的喜怒。人对无知的东西的恐惧，要比可知的东西大太多太多。
水晶猫 jade 3号：人是万物之长，用别的动物等级低了吧。

Donna Gordon：Ancient man could only describe God in humanwords because they were living a human existence.
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：古人们只能用拟人的语言来描述上帝，因为他们自己就是作为人存在的。）

子明 ZiMing 7号：在老虎的世界里，上帝一定是老虎的模样。
Donna Gordon：Ancient man said, "If we are made in theimage of God, then God must look like us in some physical way even though wecannot see God."
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：古人说：“如果我们是按神的形象创造的，神肯定看起来像人，虽然我们看不见他”。）

扶风 Fu Feng 2号：这是一个很成问题的问题，人，怎么去理解那些超出人的感观认知范围的问题呢。人是宇宙的囚徒。人类一思考，上帝就发笑。

Donna Gordon：See how hard it is to describe God withouthuman qualities!  Fu Feng, you justdescribed God as laughing.   
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：你知道不用拟人的语言来描述神是多困难了吧！扶风，你刚就说神会笑。）

I propose to all of you, that in reality, we cannotdescribe God as having any human qualities or attributes.
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：我给你们一个建议：实际上，我们不能用人的特性来描绘神。）

扶风 Fu Feng 2号：这句话是哲学上一句有名的话，指人类越是依赖思考，就越离开神性了。

Donna Gordon：In my opinion, we can only give God one humanattribute or quality, and that would be consciousness.
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：我认为，我们只能给神一个人类的特性，就是觉知。）

扶风 Fu Feng 2号：
百度：古希伯来的谚语。大意是指作为有局限限制的人类在有限的生命内，不明白自己的渺小与无知，偏偏喜欢喜欢作超越无限的思索与僭行。
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：Donna, Fufeng wanted me to translate for her: That phrase is afamous phrase in Philosophy. Meaning the more man thinks, the more they areaway from their God nature.the further they are away from their God nature.）

Donna Gordon：In modern terms. I can only describe Godthrough Quantum physics as the greatest force in the universe.
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：用现在的量子物理的语言，我只能说神是宇宙间的最大能量／作用。）

According to the bible, we are made in the image of God.
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：圣经说我们是据神的形象而造的。）

So if God does not have a human image, then maybe ourtrue selves cannot be seen.
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：所以如果神没有人的形象，那么可能我们的真我也是不可见的。）

Donna Gordon：Perhaps our souls which are made of light andconsciousness are our true self.
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：可能由光和觉知组成的我们的灵魂是我们真正的自己。）

扶风 Fu Feng 2号：不被看见。不（没有通道），被（能所相合），看（感官功能），见（根尘相合）。

Donna Gordon：I propose that God is the energeticcomposition of light and consciousness that pervades everything and makes upthe core of everything in the universe.
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：我认为神是由光和觉知的能量构成。它遍及万物，是宇宙中万物的核心。）

Buddha and Jesus came to earth to try to teach us aboutGod in this way.
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：佛和耶稣来到世间，就是要教导我们这个的。）

Being an enlightened being is when we fully realize thatwe are all connected to God through every part of our soul and physical bodies.
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：做一个开悟的人就是完全意识到我们都在每一个灵魂和身体的层面上和神是连接的。）

扶风 Fu Feng 2号：是的，道教的老子也是，伊斯兰教的穆罕默德也是。

Donna Gordon：Does everyone understand this concept?
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：大家对这个理念清楚了吗？）

We are all beings of light and consciousness wrapped inhuman skin.
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：我们都是光和觉知以人形存在。）

海阔天空 Sky 13号：是的。
扶风 Fu Feng 2号：我还是不太理解Donna常用的这个Connect联接。
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：Donna, can you explain what do you mean by "connect"? eg.connect to God. ）

Donna Gordon：We are not simply connected to God, we areall God.
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：我们不只是和神相连，我们都是神。）

扶风 Fu Feng 2号：估计无法解释清楚，需要时间去不断熟悉她的这个用词的意指。
Donna Gordon：We are all Divine beings.（我们都是神圣的存在。）

鸣婷 Ting 15号：我理解的连接是指同一本质的归属，不知道这样理解是否合适？
子明 ZiMing 7号：我不是神，真我可以是。是这样吗？@Donna Gordon

Donna Gordon：We are all made with the same substance ofGod, so why are we not God?
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：我们和神都是同一种材料（翻译注：这里的材料没有物质性的意思）组成的，所以我们是神。）

鸣婷 Ting 15号：或者，可以这个词也可以翻译成传承。延续。
Donna Gordon：Yes. Our souls, which we cannot see, are madeof the same substance as God. Therefore we resemble God on a soul and soulconsciousness level.
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：Ziming: 是的。我们的看不见的灵魂，和神由同种材料组成。我们在灵魂和觉知的层面和神一样。）

We need to become aware of our god-like nature that isin our soul.

Donna Gordon：So often, we spend our lives living just aphysical body existence, and are not aware of the importance of being consciousof our souls.

Donna Gordon：Ting, moxibustion is good medicine. It opensenergy channels that cannot be seen, but yet we feel in on a bio electriclevel.

Donna Gordon：Because ancient man does not want a weak Godto fight for them, they want superman!!

上海-若愧：上帝是人，凡夫不是人。
扶风 Fu Feng 2号：也对呀，被Donna指出了一个大贪，我们想象中的上帝，应该是超人，无所不能。所以不相信我们自己是上帝。因为我们能力有限。
鸣婷 Ting 15号：是啊，因为我常常怀疑自己。
张洁 Jessica 5号：所以，我们认为的神也是万能的，谁知道神也可能“不能”呢。

Donna Gordon：We humans like to create blockages forourselves through our thoughts.
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：我们人喜欢用我们的想法来阻碍我们自己。）

扶风 Fu Feng 2号：神“不能”还是神吗？
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：Fufeng said: If God can't, is he still God?）

扶风 Fu Feng 2号：呵呵，原来我们把神，定义成超人了。首先他是人与人相似的，然后他无所不能。原来是上帝的定义错了，他不应该是人对自己能力不达的事件的一种向往。
鸣婷 Ting 15号：当然是神。不能不是没有能力，而是看见自己的位置。
张洁 Jessica 5号：所以，是人创造了万能的“神”吗？
Donna Gordon：Anything is possible with God.  Endless possibilities.
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：对神来说，万事都是可能的。无穷的可能性。）

极光 Polaris 6号：神是万能的，可能不是人们认为的那样的方式万能。
鸣婷 Ting 15号：一就是万吧，清楚自己在哪里。
张洁 Jessica 5号：今天还有听到一个故事说，当维纳斯（她是神）她知道她的爱人将在森林狩猎时遇害，可是她是神，她不能告诉对方，因为不舍，她只能不停的央求对方不要去森林，可是爱人还是去了，最后死在了森林，维纳斯赶到的时候，看到的已经是尸体了。看来，神真的不能说。

Donna Gordon：According to the Bible God is omnipotent.

扶风 Fu Feng 2号：西方的神，与东方的真不一样。我们的观世音菩萨，总是救苦救难的。

Donna Gordon：I don't like to use the word omnipotent whendescribing God. Does anyone think they know why I can't describe God asomnipotent?

Donna Gordon：Ting, the universe is made up of lightparticles that have a consciousness.  Godand us are also made of this substance.

扶风 Fu Feng 2号：一旦万能了，人更容易把人为的事相，套在神身上，然后以你怎么不为我做这做那，而去否认神。

Donna Gordon：I do not describe God as omnipotent becausethe concept of omnipotent deals with the ego.

The ego is a human attribute or quality.
（翻译-清辞Ｗei：小我是人的特性。）
