能输出的文化，一定是优秀文化。文化是否优秀，至少满足两个指标，首先是能给当时当世当事人，以幸福感。其次，应该是那一时期最能推动生产力的。如果能说明我们的文化里，有有利于全球当今生产力发展的结构性优势，那必定随着中国的强大，而形成一种输出，非物质的输出。只有在物质与文化两方面都能给世界带来利益，中国，中国人，才会真正的受人尊重。（扶风）

China is becoming stronger! Not only should this crouching tiger in the Far East export its material goods, but also its rich cultural history. There are two excellent reasons for this:

1. It provides happiness.

2. It can boost productivity.

If the strength of Chinese culture can be proven on a global level, then exportation of Chinese culture is possible. Only when the material and non-material culture are beneficial to the world, thenChinaand the Chinese people will be respected.
